Does the insurer stipulate requirements concerning the standards that the safe must meet? What is the risk of damage involving the contents in the safe if they were to be lost? What is the insurance value rating (for theft) or fire rating that must (or can) be taken into account?

What is the volume that the cabinet must have? Are there certain external measurements that have to be complied with? Take the internal dimensions and multiply them by 1.5 in order to have room for the future. The amount of required storage increases over time.

Where is the storage system to be located?

Can the storage system be placed inside? Are there doors that are too narrow or obstacles that obstruct access to the intended location? Even small height difference can cause problems.
